You can attend whichever three sessions suit you best each week. Sessions are 45 minutes long
Monday to Friday:
6:15am, 7:15am, 8:30am, 9:30am
12:15pm, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm, 7:30pm
Saturday
7:30am, 8:30am, 9:30am, 10:30am
Sunday

No, we are very flexible, we train a lot of full-time workers and parents. You can change your sessions every week and book in to any which suit you.
That's fine, most of our members are beginners, you don't need any experience or fitness level to join Benchmark. We will help you.
You can sign up as a fully-fledged member, or you can stop after the 30 days, its totally up to you!
