✅ 12 x Personal Training sessions

You will train 3 x per week in our Group PT sessions.

You will have a trainer with you at every session showing you exactly what to do.

Monthly 121 Check-ins

You will sit down with a trainer and talk through your specific goal.

Whether that is to:

✅ Become more active

✅ Feel more positive

✅ Improve your fitness

✅ Reduce aches and pains

Or something really specific, you'll get the support you need.

Great for beginners or if you have always fancied trying Yoga.

WHEN ARE THE SESSIONS?

You can attend whichever three sessions suit you best each week.

Sessions are 45 minutes long

Monday to Friday:

6:15am, 7:15am, 8:30am, 9:30am

4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm, 7:30pm

Saturday

7:30am, 8:30am, 9:30am, 10:30am

Sunday

10:30am Yoga

DO I NEED TO STICK TO THE SAME SESSION TIMES?

No, we are very flexible, we train a lot of full-time workers and parents. You can change your sessions every week and book in to any which suit you.

I DON'T KNOW WHAT I'M DOING

That's fine, most of our members are beginners, you don't need any experience or fitness level to join Benchmark. We will help you.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE CHALLENGE?

You can sign up as a member, or you can stop after the 30 days with no hard-feelings, its totally up to you!
