We REALLY do want you to achieve whatever goal you have set out for yourself and if you haven't set one we would love to help you find one.
This will give your training some purpose and potentially help motivate you.
However, all of this starts with a chat and that is EXACTLY what these goal setting review sessions.
A chat, a way to help you more and a way to ensure you achieve your goals.
Also, If you simply want to chat through the Trainerize app and how to log weights, specific session goals, or even talk injuries we are here for you.
All bookable slots are on TeamUp, so get booked in with a coach and let us know how we can help you more.
This app can add such great value and support to your training, even if you use one feature, then you will be working on improving your lifestyle.
Things you can track on the Trainerize app:

Alongside the Benchmark programme that every member of BM does, Adam also runs a strength group.
This is aimed at improving STRENGTH in the main lifts (squat, bench, deadlift etc).

We focus on safely lifting HEAVY and supporting each other with our STRENGTH goals.
Interaction in the group is HIGHLY encouraged!
The group is on our Trainerize app, Adam will need to add you to it if you do want to jump on it.
This is not anything different to the usual BM sessions aside from slightly different reps in the main exercise.
So if going heavy isn't your thing, or you prefer more repetitions then keep doing what you're doing.

Come down and give the Yoga a try if you haven't already.
Yoga is for beginners and its a great to destress, improve your flexibility and become stronger.
Caroline is a fantastic instructor, and will help you the whole session.
Yoga is every Sunday at 10:30am, so get booked on via TeamUp!
You can use our state-of-the-art InBody scan to track how your body is changing.
You will get a print out which you can update on your Trainerize app each time to track your progress.
You will see the '121 Goal Planning Review' option on your TeamUp account.
