3 small group PT sessions each week (12 in total across the 30 days)

When does it start?

Every Saturday at 11:30am, but if you cannot make that Saturday we can rearrange your induction.


I haven’t exercised in years.  Do I need to be fit to try the challenge?

At Benchmark, everything we do is tailored to the needs and goals of our clients.  Everything is based on your needs, from your nutrition plan to training sessions.  Your coach will provide you with workout plans and give you the support needed to help you achieve outstanding results over the next 30 days.


Nutrition has always been a struggle for me; will this challenge help me?

Each person’s nutritional needs are unique, you will have your own Personal Coach to help with everything outside of the gym.


What happens after the challenge?

It’s entirely up to you, you can join on our membership (£139), or you can stop after your challenge.
